The Athena 4 system covers several important pieces of legislation concerning the classification, supply, labelling, transport and handling of dangerous substances. It is the aim of Lycos Ltd to ensure that all customers purchasing Athena 4 are kept entirely up to date with this legislation. Lycos are continually studying forthcoming legislation and incorporating the changes into the software. Before each new set of regulations comes into force, every customer receives an upgrade CD, which ensures that the system complies with all EC Directives relating to their products.
